I attribute my deep understanding of skincare to a 28 year career in the spa and beauty industry —But what has really shaped my fundamental values on beauty and skincare is being a minimalist, and striving for balance. My 1 Minute Facelift is a health treatment as well as a beauty treatment. It is a simple daily routine requiring just 1 minute a day that can rejuvenate your skin texture and tone leaving your skin balanced, hydrated, and glowing.

I love my facelift routine, and the visible change in the tone, color and texture of my skin has been amazing. I really know it is working because I can see and feel such a change in my skin when I don’t use it. I also have TMJ and it has really helped this as well.
